Allergies

Some of our products contain ingredients which are known to be allergens such as Nuts, Mustard, Wheat, Barley, Milk, Soya, Celery, Eggs, Sulphites, Fish, Crustaceans and Molluscs and will be highlighted in bold on our labels, and below the product description on our website. If you are in doubt or would like any further information, please call us on 07885541765 during office hours.

Please note that all products are made in commercial kitchens where allergy products are present.

All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your products, if you are not, you can return any item within 5 days of receipt provided they are returned complete, unopened and in the condition that they arrived to you in (this excludes frozen products)

The cost of the return will be your responsibility, please get proof of postage. We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you placed your order. If the parcel goes missing then you will be required to cover the costs of the product. 

If goods have been damaged in transit please provided us with photographic proof and we will happily refund you for them.

General orders / delivery requests placed using this website, along with access to it, is granted strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your order / delivery request. We may change our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders/delivery requests. We reserve the right to: 

ONLINE SHOPPING

GENERAL INFORMATION AND PAYMENT SECURITY

Delivery / collection restrictions Collection for orders placed via Citrus CateringWeb Services is available from selected branches. 

We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas. This includes the right to withdraw our services to individual customers’ addresses if you are repeatedly unavailable to take delivery of your order at your chosen

 
Collection arrangements at the point which you place your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange a collection time.

Orders left in areas specified by the customer without a signature will be left at the owners own risks. If no specified area is noted in checkout our couriers will only leave a parcel at a suitable location where a signature has been obtained and a card will be left detailing this. If no signature can be obtained a card will be left requesting the customer to contact our couriers to rearrange the delivery, this may result in your goods being effected.

General payment provisions – any of the following cards may be used to pay for your shopping: Visa Debit (Delta), Maestro UK, MasterCard, Visa Credit, Solo, American Express.

All customers collecting shopping, will be asked to provide a form of identification for the person who is paying for the shopping. The identification must match the cardholder name shown in the payment details on the checkout page. The card itself will not be required.

Citrus Catering has secure online ordering facility designed to give you confidence when you use your credit or debit card to shop with us and when you tell us your personal details like your address or phone number.

Once your order is processed, the payment details associated with your order are removed from our files.

Errors/Shortages – Citrus Catering may decline to fulfil any order, including bulk purchase of items on promotion, or included in a special offer.

In the event of there being errors or shortages, these should be brought to the attention of us using the contact details above no later than five days after the delivery, or collection.

The unit price for products that are weighed and displayed on the site are calculated on drained weight where applicable.
Some weighed items may vary slightly in weight from that ordered.
