We operate on a 5-7 day policy, from placing your order. You can highlight your preferred date of collection/delivery in the checkout stage in the customer notes. Collection arrangements at the point which you place your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange a collection time.
Orders left in areas specified by the customer without a signature will be left at the owners own risks. If no specified area is noted in checkout our couriers will only leave a parcel at a suitable location where a signature has been obtained and a card will be left detailing this. If no signature can be obtained a card will be left requesting the customer to contact our couriers to rearrange the delivery, this may result in your goods being effected.
Some of our products contain ingredients which are known to be allergens such as Nuts, Mustard, Wheat, Barley, Milk, Soya, Celery, Eggs, Sulphites, Fish, Crustaceans and Molluscs and will be highlighted in bold on our labels, and below the product description on our website. Please note that all products are made in commercial kitchens where allergy products are present.
