Citrus Catering director Mouse Straker has over fifteen year’s experience in the catering industry. Her experience and food skills continue to provide our clients with some of the best food and event services available in the North East.

Mouse manages a team of well practiced and innovative events staff who have a wide understanding of the industry and who are constantly up to date with the latest food trends.
