our team
Our journey began back in 2015 when we set up Citrus Catering, we were catering for a wide range of events from weddings, christenings, canapes parties and celebrations.
A few years later we decided to branch out so we took on the project of having a catering trailer built. From here we hit the festival scene as well as offering street food to private clients and events.
As the years went on we started to evaluate the business and came to the conclusion that we want to keep things local and not trek up and down the country towing a trailer with our tents, which is why we have made the decision to turn our mobile trailer into a café!
Since opening the café we have noticed an increase in demand for our frozen ready meals and traybakes, all of which are made on site by us.
Hence the reason why we have decided to launch our online shop so we can deliver to a wider audience and put a lot more smiles on peoples faces!

Citrus Catering director Mouse Straker has over fifteen year’s experience in the catering industry. Her experience and food skills continue to provide our clients with some of the best food and event services available in the North East. Mouse manages a team of well practiced and innovative staff who have a wide understanding of the industry and who are constantly up to date with the latest food trends. Who can have a cuppa without a scone or homemade cake? We can’t! Which is why we bake daily to mix up our sweet and savoury treats. Keep popping in to see what we have on offer.

Located at Warden this is the perfect situation for walkers, cyclists, fishermen, children and dogs. We have everything covered with ample parking, bike racks and dog hooks.
